is there anyway to get rid of the hover box that sits always on one of the modules on your rack ?

un-tick the 'Popover' switch above the rack.

Enjoy your spare HP, don't rush to fill every last space, this is not like filling sticker books. Resist the urge to 'complete' your rack, its never complete so just relax.
