In perfect working condition and I don't see a flaw on it except some dust. However, there is velcro on the back that can be removed. There is a sticker with a sku number on the right side that I think pertained to the shop from which I bought it. The one thing I would have liked about this pedal is if each switch turned on their respective gain amount independently instead of the left switch being on/off and the right toggling low/high gain. Not a huge issue as I think most people probably only use it for either the low or high gain. One of the more unique sounding boosts (or full on batcrap crazy fuzzes) I've heard and not in a bad way. I use Reverb secure shipping so a signature will be required. I apologize if this is an inconvenience.
