Just like a most of my gear ... mint.I've plugged the Neo in, once, and not for me. It was put back in the box. Then about a year later I was playing Badge (Cream) and thought I'd try to like it again (to fulfill the Leslie part) but first bought a Remote. Still not for me. If this is what you're looking for, THIS IS THE BARGAIN. Get both the Ventillator II and the Remote for less than the Ventillator alone. These things are in as new as they can be, without being brand new.
