Up for sale is a vintage Ibanez Fat Cat FC10 Distortion, one of the coolest and most sought-after pedals from Ibanez’s legendary 10-Series lineup from the late 1980s.Often described as Ibanez’s take on the classic ProCo RAT-style distortion, the Fat Cat delivers everything from gritty overdrive to thick, saturated distortion with a biting upper-mid character that cuts through a mix beautifully. Think vintage alternative rock, garage, classic hard rock, and fuzzy lead tones with plenty of attitude.Made in Japan, the FC10 has developed a cult following for its unique voicing—retaining some of the aggressive character of a RAT while adding a bit more clarity and articulation.
