The Bassbone V2 is a two-channel bass preamp designed for one or two basses, offering high-quality sound and a wide range of customization options that make it ideal for live performances and studio recording. It features a footswitch-controlled shared effects loop, a variable clean boost circuit, EQ controls, and a piezo input with a PZB booster designed for upright bass. Additionally, the built-in Radial DI with balanced outputs makes connecting to a PA system easy. Switching between upright and electric bass is seamless, and the 3-band EQ, high-pass filter, and high-impedance input bring out the natural tone of the upright bass. The effects pedal can be turned on and off via a footswitch and can be assigned to either input or shared between both inputs. The wet/dry control on the effects loop allows you to adjust the blend between the original signal and the effects signal. The clean boost can be activated via the footswitch, and by setting it as a mute switch, you can tune quietly while playing. There are some signs of use, such as scratches and dirt, but there are no functional issues.
