When I bought this pedal it had a huge on/off switch and missing the AC female adaptor. Luckily my tech keeps all that stuff on hand. It now operates flawlessly with a 9V battery and a wall adaptor. Everything else (except for one top face screw) is original. This is the "Smashing Pumpkins" model. It is a super cool sounding unit. With the work done to this pedal, it is good to go for decades.
