Built upon the same proprietary DSP architecture as the Avalanche Run, this stereo flanging device is packed with features including five user presets, eight flanger modes, and a unique Modify control whose functionality varies based on which mode you’re using. The Mode rotary knob offers an assortment of flanging effects that add dimension to your sound, ranging from the jet-engine roars of Classic to the psychedelic swells of Random. Manual, Rate, Width, Mix, and Feedback knobs make up the rest of the interface, dictating delay time, LFO speed, sweep frequency range, volume, and regeneration of the modulated signal. The Rate & Tap toggle switch adjusts the tempo you tap out, dividing it when set to Slow and multiplying it when set to Fast. A Tap/Trigger footswitch functions as a tap tempo control when Classic, Through-Zero, Barber Pole Up, Barber Pole Down, Step, or Random modes are selected, and triggers the effect in Trigger Up and Trigger Down modes whenever it is pressed.The inside of the baseplate dates to 04/27/18, and the serialized sticker on the bottom is present.
