This is the ”big box” Deluxe Memory Man 90’s reissue (model “EC 2000”) in the original wooden box. It sounds incredible (check out YouTube video demo). This is the one everyone wants, with the MN3005 chips (see pics), and the hard-wired AC cord. I tried to date it exactly but the best I can do is approximately 1996-1999 era. If you do a search for “David Morrin EC 2000 Deluxe Memory Man Reissue“ you’ll be able to read about this model. I took pics of everything I could But if you feel like something impoetant is missing, please ask.The condition is excellent, considering it’s almost 30 years old, and the paint on these things can literally be scrapped off with a fingernail. I photographed everything as best I could, including top and bottom of the PCB. Thankfully the AC cord was cut down to about 18” (see pic w/measuring tape) by a previous owner, which makes this WAY more pedalboard friendly, as you won’t have to figure out how to hide 8’ of heavy duty power cable under your pedalboard. I did, however, replace their janky plug with a brand new AC plug and applying a white, labeled shrink-tube stress relief at the new plug, so it looks clean and should safely last another 30 years. It had Velcro on the bottom but I peeled it off and used 99% Isopropyl alcohol to scrub off any residue. In the process I noticed that one of the 6 bottom plate screws is missing, which has absolutely zero impact on anything. I also noticed, when opening it up for these pics, that there was electrical tape on a wire (see pic with red arrow). Buyer will get the pedal as photographed and the wood box. I have several versions of the Deluxe Memory Man, including the other big box reissue with the wall wart. This is the best sounding one in my opinion. I would never get rid of this if I didn’t need the money.
