Awesome delay from the mid late 90’s. A great digital delay using the PT2395 chip. It even has a knob to cut high frequencies on each repeat! The footswitch is sometimes a bit finnicky but 90% of the time it works perfect. Sometimes it’ll not turn off if you don’t press it just right. It probably would work fine after an internal cleaning.
