L-1 Synthesizers Midside Microcompressor as good as new. A fantastic sounding compressor in Eurorack format. Factory assembled so the built quality is excellent.It has 3 different modes: Dual Mono - where both channels work independently of each other. Stereo - where the controls on the left affect both channels simultaneously. Midside - the left/right inputs are split into mid and side signals. The left channel affects the mid and the right channel does the sides. The signal is then reconfigured into stereo for the outputs. Can do peak or RMS compression, has filters for the signal going in to the compressor and a side chain input. All functions are CV controllable. The mix dial adds the dry signal back in to the compressed signal for parallel compression. Using the maker up gain at higher levels gives a great sounding saturation too.
