passive quad stereo 50% attenuator

TRIMM is a 4‑channel passive 50% attenuator.
Each channel is stereo, with normalled connections when used with mono patch cables.

TRIMM provides four identical attenuation stages, each reducing the input signal to 50% at its output. When used with mono cables, only the left input jack of each stereo pair is active, and its signal is normalled to both outputs, so a single input on channel 1 can be taken from outputs 1, 2, 3, and 4 at half level. If you chain channels in series, each stage applies another 50% reduction, so the signal is halved on every subsequent channel in the chain.

It's designed for situations where you want to go straight into an audio interface, effect unit, send channel or whatever without inserting another output module or mixer – and you dont even need to have it in your rack.
