Quantizer with Slide/Portamento
Quinie´s take on Hagiwo´s Quantizer with TB-303 type slide function.

This version of Hagiwo Quantizer using a MCP4821 12 bit DAC.
The code is still under review. Using the new DAC I have to check calibration.

Scale types:
1. Major scale (purple)
2. Major pentatonic (blue)
3. Major pentatonic + 7th (light blue)
4. Harmonic minor (green)
5. Minor pentatonic (yellow)
6. Chromatic (red)
7. Octave (white)
Slide function:
The slide function changes at a constant speed regardless of the amount of change in pitch.
It behaves like the Roland TB-303 or behringer TD-3. Ideal for ACID TECHNO.
