Replica of the Roland Jupiter 6 Filter
This module is a replica of the Roland Jupiter 6 (1983) voltage controlled filter which comprises two 2-pole State Variable filters in series. Forty years later the AM8060 contains the same two SVF's, with each of the 2-pole filters switchable into either Low Pass or High Pass mode providing three VCF modes all with variable resonance.
The filter has a more aggressive sound than the 4-pole OTA filter in the Jupiter 8, along with a lot more flexibility in sounds. The AM8060 JP6 VCF EuroRack module was launched in late 2010 and immediately gained positive feedback from customers. The SE model was introduced in 2014 but chip shortages results in only a short production run.
In 2023 the AM8060SE has been re-issued; with Rpar AS3109 chips, a revised resonance control circuit, original Roland JP-6 momentary buttons with LED's and black aluminium control knobs. Resonance and frequency cutoff can be controlled by external CV signals, typcially from 0 to +10V.

These merchants probably sell this module. Huh?
