Robaux SWT16+ MIDI Expander

With the SWT16+ you can now use MIDI devices like drum machines or samplers.

Each track of the sequencer can now output an individual MIDI note to one of 16 MIDI channels.

These extended functions are made possible by an alternative firmware, which is based on the original firmware. However, to enable the new MIDI output, the previous functions Trigger Mod and Output Routing have been removed.

You do not necessarily need the Expander Kit to use the new MIDI functions in your sequencer. The alternative firmware is free and the adapter is easy to make yourself! To upgrade the firmware, go to https://github.com/robaux/swt16plusMIDI page and follow the instructions. There you will also find instructions how to build the MIDI adapter.
