Momentary and Latched Normally Open Switch

The N.O. Switch Tile is an interface for a normally open momentary footswitch (sustain pedal).  Outputs are provided for both momentary and latched CV signals.  The "LATCH" output alternates between 0V and 5V on each press of the foot switch and the state is indicated on the LED.  The "MOM" output is 0V when the switch is not pressed and 5V when the switch is pressed.  Both outputs are debounced for glitch free operation.
