AM8014 Ring Modulator

This module is an enhanced version of the ARP 2600 Ring Modulator and Lag Processor. The original Ring Modulator 4014 module design has been upgraded with high quality matched transistor arrays, and improved signal flow. The Lag Processor uses a high quality low drift Op Amp and a LFO is included which defaults into the modulation input of the Ring Modulator. The output level of the LFO is displayed on an amber LED.

Detailed Description The module uses THAT transistor arrays in the current mirrors of the ring modulator and a FET Op Amp for the Lag Processor. A simple LFO provides triangle and square waves to modulate the Ring Modulator, with the outputs available on the front panel to patch into other modules. There is a two way switch to change the Carrier and Modulation signals from DC to AC.
