Logic Drone

XORBell is a Eurorack module with two logic circuits and five internal drone oscillators.

Green knobs are primary tune for the oscillators underlying each side’s output circuit. The white knobs are attenuverters for the cv input to those oscs.

XORBell is a dual channel logic module with five oscillators inside normalled to the logic inputs, so it functions as a harsh-noisy yet pitchable oscillator. It's a really fun sound if you like the metallic FM tones that an XOR logic circuit makes.

Left and right channels each have two inputs with normalled underlying several oscillators each. Center column shows CV inputs with dedicated attenuverters so you can control the depth and direction of modulation. Left channel normals to input 1 of right channel, so there is some dependency of the CV inputs, but overall the right channel is more noisy and left simpler. Five total oscillators have individual v/o tuning trimmers on the face, but they aren't intended to be tuned to track v/o just need some trimmers available to ensure they do stay out of tune. The XOR noise is especially complex when the oscillators are not perfectly synced.

It's a good sound core for noisy things like snares or drones.

Alternately the XOR logic is fully available if you want to try out funky rythms with a gate sequencer!
