Sub Audio Oscillator

This is the original non-voltage controlled version. In 2015 COTK greatly revised the C946 to have voltage control of not only pitch but also PW. Also a second reset option was added.

Unfortunately COTK didn't name the new version differently but I'm doing it here in MG by appending "v1" to this original version and I'll add the new version too and name it "C946 v2"

Edit Note: For now I'm totally guessing that the current draw is 30mA @ +-12v
