Tribute based on the filter from ’70s WASP Synthesizer x 2
Cat Girl Synthesizers CGS9 Dual Wasp Filter with spread feature. Built by Lower West Side Studio
A unique “Tribute” filter to the ’70s WASP Synthesizer, the CGS49 Dual WASP (CMOS) Filter doesn’t fail to amaze!
While the CGS49 combines two separate filters this version permits control voltages to be shared between them. There is also a control voltage input to control the amount of voltage spread between the filters.
Output filters are provided for Low Pass, Band Pass, High Pass and Notch frequencies.
Each channel’s Inputs include Signal as well as + or – CV.
The CGS49 Dual Wasp Filter comes in a 2U width with 1″ (25.4mm) knobs controlling 8 potentiometers (4 per filter);
Frequency Cutoff
Resonance
Distortion
Control Voltage
A 30mm knob is used for a potentiometer controlling spread of CV between filters.
